Your application will NOT be processed until we receive the following documents:

• A copy of your College/University transcript for the previous semester (unofficial transcripts are acceptable).

• A document showing your scheduled courses for the upcoming semester.

• Documentation from your College/University Bursar office showing that the Callis Educational Fund Scholarship was applied to your account during the previous semester.
